 Fan fret?
Anyone from around here have a fan fret, or any experience with them? I'm interested in grabbing one off of agile but I want to know that they won't rape your hands first so......

I'm guessing you mean a guitar and not a bass right? I know a few bassists who play them but I've never met a guitar player who plays fanned frets. For some reason it seems like a bad idea to me...

It's a very good idea. Very ergonomic and you get the snap in your low end while maintaining some of the flexibility on your higher strings.

Wish I could say I've tried one.. I actually see it making more sense for guitarists opposed to bassits, as guitar players bend the high strings while needing the tighter low strings on their 7s and 8s for anti-flub purposes.
