Post Hi you guys - its been a few years
I used to post on Bloodred way back, but haven't been on in a while and don't know who's on anymore. (Sorry, but I don't have time to look through it all right now)

I go to a lot of shows and know a lot of musicians etc fairly well in real life. I try not to categorize myself, but it may seem like I'm mostly into metal, mostly live, and mostly even local.
I'm not shy about voicing who my favorites are (LOUD) but I try and do my part and support whoever I think is dedicated and genuine, since they're usually the ones who keep it all going.
I also try to be fair and give a nod to whoever's putting in an effort - bands or promoters who may not be great yet, but who I can tell are stoked to be here.
My favorite people are fans, whether they play, promote or just love it.
I'd rather meet people in person, so ask the mods to point me out at shows if you ever want to know, and say hi (if you're not the type who doesn't make eye contact or talk).

Ok, that's it for time right now, so I'll have to set up my stuff another day.

See you at DEATH ANGEL!

woah look at that - thanks! .. I guess? If I kicked sand in your face Soundy, it was an accident!
Yeah Goddess, I wasn't getting many replies here so I pretended you guys were dead.
Kidding... just busy actually.
Who else is still around? same names?

Still no time to figure out set up, but I prefer grindcore & death.. etc. And I co-run LiveVan & LiveVic. Everyone puts up their own stuff in our database so let me know if you have comments about how it works. The metal portions are looking alright these days, but there are a few gaps. Is that ok to talk about on here? drop some links where relevant?

Cocaine Moustache tonight! Metalfest tomorrow!

Yeah, sorry about that, but we use a delay system to make sure spam-bots cannot post on Bloodred.

You can put the links to Live van and vic in your signature so they come up in all your posts. Maddog is still here plus a bunch of the usual suspects. Mister Nasty only posts when he has a show to flog, he doesn't troll anymore (watch - now he'll be here every day). The 'borderline pleasant' is a reference to Ricky Snotrag's recent favourite quote.
Cheers.

Thanks for all the info. Hello vs, i hear you can mess me up with your magical powers now!
I'll check out Ricky's link soon.
Goddess, are you ever going to promote again? I remember u being thorough, straight up with us, fair to the bands. In case it hasn't already been said around here, those things were appreciated... shame its such a stressful, thankless job for most people - I wouldn't do it!
Will update my sig etc soon too.
woohoo! metal board!

Thanks FB, no I have no plans to do it again but I still try to help out bands get in contact with people across the country and in the US northwest to book gigs. I have heard from a few people over the years that they wish I was back at it again, so its much appreciated to hear that. I help out where I can; running this board, the Seattle board and help out with the Alberta forum. Single parenthood takes precedence. :horns:
